This room holds a long bank of fitted wardrobes, a comfortable kingsize bed with crispy white quality linen (as do all beds), dressing table and
two bedside tables and lamps.

central heating from oil fired combi boiler (hot water and heat on
demand).Accommodation
is tastefully decorated and all doors are hand made from English Oak.Small garden to rear
of cottage with patio, barbecue area and lockable shed for guest bikes,
golf clubs, fishing equipment, walking boots etc. Paddock to front of
cottage provides larger open play area for ball games etc. Further Annex
accommodation will be available soon providing additional sleeping accommodation
when required (sleeps additional 2 adults & baby/toddler in travel cot).
